I will be the first to admit that I never get as many greens in my day as I probably should — so here is a super simple GREEN detox smoothie great for the Spring!
1 cup Green Tea (chilled)
1 cup Cilantro (loosely packed)
1 cup Organic Baby Kale (loosely packed, or another baby green)
1 cup Cucumber
1 cup Pineapple
1 Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger (grated)
½ Avocado
