This is actually a flow I did during my first trimester — I didn’t quite have a belly, and felt pretty good moving around, but I definitely wasn’t down for super long flows. I highlight in another 2 videos from this same day some ab & stretching combo’s, but I was really in the mood for some good side body stretching here.
This was a great little midday break focusing on side bends & twists that helped open up my side body a lot!

I have been practicing yoga now for about 7 years consistently now, and I like to do some at-home flows, playing around with all the cool techniques I learn during class. Do I know all the proper terms? No. Do I mess things up sometimes? How about all the time!
