The November W.O.P. (workout product) I want to highlight is actually 2 products — just different variations of each other really: resistance bands! These are specifically resistance bands that I work with out of Beachbody, and I love them both for different reasons:
The B-Lines can be used by themselves or you can attached soft-grip handles to them for some additional support. I really like these more for arm and upper body related exercises. Both are great for travel, so a really easy thing to throw on when you are traveling if you want to get in some exercises or stretches while you are out
There are endless possibilities of exercises you can do with both resistance bands, but some of my favorites are:
Squats
Chest press (B-Lines great for these)
Leg press
Bicep curls
Fire hydrant & donkey kicks (resistance loop time!)
Lateral walks
Lat pull downs
Can even spice up a lot of ab work!
