January Health P.O.M.

January 8, 2020 Kelly Wanamaker
diffuser thumb.jpg

The January Health P.O.M. is something I use every single night - my diffuser! This specific diffuser is Ellia from HoMedics (best price I found was on Amazon), but there are so many different kinds out there. This specific one though has:

  • The aromatherapy mister

  • Color changing light to fit your mood

  • Selection of relaxing sounds to choose from

  • Can run for up to 7 hours

There are a lot of benefits I have found from using the diffuser, primarily at night. First, the scents it mists out are incredibly soothing to fall asleep too - I often use a lavender or eucalyptus essential oil. The diffuser also releases cleansing molecules into the air to purify it, not fill it with chemicals. Some research has also shown that using a peppermint essential oil can help curb your appetite and up your energy levels. Getting a cold? The diffuser can act in a way your Vapo-Rub does - the oil diffuses decongestant vapor all around the room. Aside from all the benefits science points out, it just smells really good, enhances your mood, and makes you beyond relaxed.

For those that want to get this P.O.M. thru me click the button below and I will get in touch! You will get free shipping AND also a portion of your order will go towards the WIRES Australian wildlife rescue we are currently highlighting! Win Win!

I want the Jan P.O.M.
