Since it was my birthday last week (January 9th - 32 baby!), I wanted to share some good birthday gifts you can share with the health and wellness nut in your life. In case you don’t have the person that starts dropping hints for what they want 2 months before their birthday, here are some easy, affordable go-to’s you can look into that won’t disappoint your little health freak :)
Classes of some sort! If they are a fitness junkie - get them some yoga classes or a month at a spin studio. Maybe try a place they’ve been talking about doing forever - something you can even do together (Dancing? Rock climbing? Try it)! If they are more on the nutrition side, perhaps a cooking class is more up their alley.
Sweat proof earbuds! I don’t know about you, but I would love these every year. If you’re health nut is into working out, a good pair of sweat proof earbuds go a looooong way.
New cook wear! Spice up their kitchen with a new set of pots and pans, perhaps a spatula even.
Relaxation! This can be done in a couple ways. Get them an hour massage - GIVE them an hour massage. If they are more into relaxing at home, make a relaxation package: a new book, bubble bath and epsolm salt, essential oils and candles for a nice relaxing bath to indulge in.
Workout gear! One of the best gifts I got one year were new running shoes from my mom. They were the best (and what I asked for). Try a new yoga mat or free weights.
A health/fitness journal! There’s a lot out there to find - something they can put goals in, recipes, workout plans, etc. Fitbook is a great example.
Water bottle! Seems a little boring, but a true health nut will appreciate a GREAT water bottle. Make sure it’s easy to carry, probably made out of organic material, and easy to drink.
The list can go on and on depending on your budget (body scale, full gym equipment, juicer’s and cookers, etc.), but these are some items I know I love to get - and I know they are easy and fun to get for my health and fitness friends!
