* 8-10 burpees
* 8-1010 air squats
* 10 shoulder taps (touching each shoulder is 1)
* 8-10 butt kicks (each leg kicking is 1)
* 8-10 push-ups
And repeat 3 times! You'll feel the burn throughout your whole body and get a nice sweat :)
