New workout video posted in Workout Videos focusing on loosening up those tight hips! It’s definitely an area I know I keep a lot of tension - and I’m not alone. This session is a great mixture of some yin yoga holds and good old fashion stretching, leaving you feeling already a little more opened up. Fire log fold both legs (crossing your leg parallel with the other; keep longer in sitting folding forward if fire log is too much pressure on your legs)

Single leg stretched - other leg can be bent back (as in video) or with bottom of the foot pressing into the extended leg thigh
Single leg reclined hero pose

Lay with knees wide - or happy baby
Spinal twist with foot on top of opposite knee
Hug in each knee - move in circles
